Rittners School Of Floral Design
In Boston Presents....
Wired Water Design #12
Here is another great design in a water base
You'll note that there is a bit of decorative wire showing up primarily around the roses, however, the wire in this case
is purely for aesthetics. A few pieces of wire that bind the flowers together are actually hidden from view.
The key factor in this design is not really the wire, but raffia!!
What You Will Need
Glass container
Three roses
A handful of lisianthus
Decorative wire
Raffia
This is a fairly easy design to construct. Create several handfuls of flowers, one of roses, the other of lisianthus. Bind each cluster.
Create an armature of raffia, and then drop the two handfuls of flowers in place.
The construction is quick and easy and the look is quite contemporary!
